Management Leadership for Tomorrow-Houston Rebrands As Houston Leadership for Tomorrow
Houston, TX – Management Leadership for Tomorrow-Houston today announced a rebranding initiative, including a name change to Houston Leadership for Tomorrow and a new graphic identity and website. The six-year old Houston Leadership for Tomorrow (HLT) will continue to offer world-class leadership development opportunities to unlock the leadership potential of high-performing Houston area minority high school seniors.
“The purpose of our rebranding is to maintain ties with our parent organization, New York City-based Management Leadership for Tomorrow, (MLT) while distinguishing Houston Leadership for Tomorrow’s local identity,” said HLT Executive Director Barbara Paige. “We will continue to offer our unique leadership development program that is tied to the local business community and positions outstanding Houston area minority high school students for success in college and in their early careers.”
HLT’s new logo is similar, yet distinct from the MLT logo, illustrating the relationship between the two organizations while highlighting the local focus of HLT. It is designed to reflect the aspirational and transformative work of HLT. Additionally, while HLT is MLT’s first affiliate, the logo also allows for replication of the program in additional markets.
